ABOUT THE GLASS
We hand print on Libbey 11 fl. oz. rocks glasses and use a two-part epoxy ink that makes our drinking glasses top rack dishwasher-friendly. (But we still recommend washing by hand for maximum print life.)

ABOUT THE MAKERS
We’re husbands and self-proclaimed weirdos Jeff and Remy, and we create small batches of MCM style magic in the Egads Shop lair, located off a random alley in south Toledo, Ohio. We've been creating unique, top-shelf drinkware here in the Glass City since 2018.

Q: What if items in my order arrive damaged or broken?
A: Delivery folks are human too, so broken glasses happen here and there! Just snap a few photos of the item, along with the box/package exterior that shows the shipping label. Then send us a conversation so we can coordinate your replacement(s). We got you!
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: We accept returns within 14 calendar days of your order being delivered. Send us a conversation! Kindly note that unless the return is due to an error on our part, you (the buyer) is responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the package, we will process your refund. Etsy may take a few days to reflect the balance back to your payment account.
Q: Which shipping carriers and services do you use?
A: 95% of the time, we’re able to use USPS Ground Advantage as a cost-effective way to safely ship drinkware to all our friends across the contiguous 48 U.S. states. But we also look at USPS Priority and UPS Ground rates to make sure we’re finding the best option.
Q: What do you mean by “dishwasher-friendly?” How is that different than dishwasher safe?
A: The Libbey glasses we print on are dishwasher safe! And the ink we use is designed to withstand top rack dishwasher cycles.
However, long term cleaning in the dishwasher will contribute to a decline in print quality over time. Expect the print to lose its shine, fade and show signs of wear with repeated, rigorous daily use.
Q: How do I best care for my Egads drinkware?
A: We recommend hand washing your glasses to maintain the best print quality over time. But, our glasses are dishwasher friendly! When cleaning in the dishwasher, be sure to avoid contact with hard or sharp objects, as this will scratch or distress the print. Not intended for stacking.
